to Prevent POPUP, VIRUS, SPYWARE or ADWARE. |
When
you are surfing the net, you are exposing
yourself to some unwanted publicity. We have
different programs available for download
in our members section that will prevent and
destroy unwanted Popups, Spyware or Adware.
We DO NOT send or infect our members with
Adware, Popups or Spyware. When installing
the softwares to download music or movies
titles, make sure you are setting your networking
security properly. Also, you MUST (strongly
recommend) that you raise your Browser Security
level. The last thing that we suggest is to
Disable File Sharing ability from the program
you are using to Download Titles. You can
still download from the network, but no one

What
do I do now that I am a Member. Where is all
the Music, Movies and Games ? |
This
example is for someone who wish to download
Music. It is the same procedure if you want
to download Movies, games, Popup or any other
softwares.
Once
you are in the members section, click on
"Music Download" (for music),
"Games Download" (for games) or
"Movie Download" (for movies).
Now scroll down the screen and look for
a software that you wish to use to start
downloading your music. The software can
be either Grokster, Kazaa or Limewire etc...
Choose the program that will best suit your
needs.. Click on the blue link and a window
will appear asking you if you want to Save,
Open or Cancel. Simply do "save"
and choose a destination folder on your
hard drive (don't forget where you saved
the file). Once the download completed,
go to where you have saved the file (the
file is now on your hard drive) and
double click on it. The program shall start
the installtion by itself. At last, simply
follow the onscreen instructions.
At
this point, there is no more connectivity
between what you are doing and our website,
since the file have been downloaded from
our files library (Member section on our
Website) and saved into your computer (Destination
folder). The same procedure is appliable
for all the downloads. |

I
have downloaded the programs, but I still
cannot download Music, Movies, Games and Software. |
If
your program to download titles is showing
"Connecting" or if your download
does not start, there is one think you may
want to check. Before proceeding to the next
steps, we suggest you try to download different
titles from your download program to see if
it is not a File Problem.
If
you still cannot download, you may want
to check your Firewall and Ports Configurations.
In order to be able to communicate (2 ways),
Kazaa, morpheus, Grokster, Winmx and all
the other softwares are required a port.
Now, that port is normally open. If your
computer is behind a firewall or at home
behind a router, you may want to open the
appropriate ports and shut your firewall
down, or some part of it. Please remember
that a wrong or misconfiguration of your
networking solution may result in fatal
error for you system. Due to the nature
of this problem, we cannot give our suggestions
because we are not physically present to
observe the environment in wich your computer
is operating. We strongly suggest you ask
or have some qualified persons to come and
fix this issue with you. The problem itself
is not located in the program you have downloaded
neither on our server since all the users
that set their ports properly does not have
problems. |

What
does "QUEUED" means when one of
my download is marked with it ? |
When
a file that you are trying to download is
marked as "Queud", that means there
is too many people trying to download the
same file at the same time. What you can do
is try to download another Download Program
(Kazaa, Morpheus etc...) and search for that
title one more time. Also, you can try to
download that title in a different time. We
recommend you try to download at Non-Peak
hours, wich is generally before or after 6-8Pm. |

is the software I have downloaded is asking
me to pay again. I have already paid to Download
Socety? |
For
Every program that you will be downloading,
there is two version available. When you paid
your membership fee, you are able to access
our Level 1 Software, wich is the software
you have downloaded to start your music, movies
or games download. Once you are in the program,
there is an Option where you can choose to
upgrade to a more Expensive version. If you
do not want to upgrade, simply Choose "NO"
or "Keep the current version" and
you will be able to start downloading your
favorite titles. If you choose to upgrade,
you will need to pay an extra amount, wich
is not our responsibility anymore. |
